Rooms are ready from 1:00 PM. If you are arriving earlier or leaving later than the times shown, tell us when you enquire and we will say what we can do on the day rather than promise something we cannot hold. Indian law requires us to record a government photo identity document for every guest at the front desk on arrival, so please carry one.
A booking is settled in two halves: half when you book, half when you arrive. The advance is what holds the room. There is no payment gateway on this website, so the advance is arranged directly with us and we will tell you exactly how.
This is the term to read twice. Bookings are non-refundable: once the advance is paid, it is not returned if you cancel or do not arrive. We would far rather you knew that before you paid than discovered it after. If something has gone wrong, call us anyway and we will do what we reasonably can.
These are part of the rate and are not billed separately.
