When you send an enquiry, whether through this site, WhatsApp, email or the telephone, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, your phone number, your email address, the dates you are asking about, the number of guests, the room you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.

On arrival at the hotel we record the guest details Indian law requires every hotel to hold, including a government photo identity document. This happens at the front desk, in person.

We never ask for identity documents, card numbers or passwords through this website.

Worth being plain about, because it is unusual: the enquiry form on this site does not send anything to a server of ours. When you submit it, your own browser opens WhatsApp with the details already written out, and nothing reaches us until you press send there.

That means an abandoned form leaves no trace with us at all.

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange and hold your stay, and look after you while you are with us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your identity documents with anyone except where the law obliges us to.

We do not send marketing messages to people who have only enquired.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, alongside this one. We keep those conversations only as long as they are useful for arranging your stay.

Payment is arranged directly with us. This website does not process card payments and never asks for card details. Where a booking is paid partly in advance, that is handled outside this site.

One thing: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. It stays in your own browser and never reaches us.

This site runs no advertising trackers and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Reservation and guest register records are held for as long as property management and Indian law require, and no longer. Access is limited to the staff who need it to do their work.

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete anything we are not required by law to keep.
